Morlan Flowers LLC («Morlan Flowers», «we») sells flowers wholesale to florists and event planners. This policy explains what we collect on morlanflowers.com and how we use it. Effective October 27, 2026.

We collect the information you give us when you request wholesale access through our form, and basic data your browser sends when you visit the site.
- From the access request form: contact name, business name, phone number, email, business ZIP code, business type, how often you buy flowers, boxes per order, budget per order, products of interest, what you are looking for, how you heard about us and any notes you add.
- When you buy from us: delivery address, resale certificate information when required, order details and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and the ad or link that brought you here.
How we use your information
We use it to run the wholesale relationship and to improve our marketing.
- Review your access request and decide whether we can serve your business.
- Prepare quotes, take orders, arrange shipping and delivery to Tampa Bay, and handle claims.
- Contact you about availability, orders and your account.
- Understand which ads and pages bring wholesale customers, and show our ads to people who visited the site.
- Meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations, such as resale certificates.
Cookies, the Meta Pixel and advertising
Our website uses cookies and the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms that tells us when a visitor views a page or submits a form. Meta may receive information such as the pages you visit and your device and browser data, and may use it to measure our ads and show our ads to you on Facebook and Instagram.

We do not sell your personal information. Retention, security, changes and contact
We keep information as long as we need it to serve your business and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission is completely secure. Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children. If we change this policy, we will post the new date on this page.
